Note: High DPI Displays

If you have a high DPI display and the text seems fuzzy, you may need to change the compatibility settings on Windows 10. Here is what to do:

• Locate CHARTP32.EXE in Program Files (x86)\Chartist
• Right Click on the file and choose Properties. Then choose the Compatibility tab.
• Click on Change High DPI Settings
• At the bottom, check Override high DPI scaling behavior. Then from the list choose System (enhanced).
• Click on OK. Then on Apply in the parent dialog.

Update Policy

If you are a registered user of previous versions Chartist, Chartist-Pro, or Chartist-2, you can update to the current version of Chartist or Chartist-Pro for the prices indicated in the order forms. Chartist-Pro is the new name for Chartist-2, and Chartist-Pro is the appropriate product in that case for an update.

Support Policy

We support our products for one year after purchase or upgrade. We no longer sell or support 16 bit (Windows 3.1) versions of our products. The current release, V5.2, does not support Windows 95, 98, or Me. If you are eligible for support, the best way to contact us is by email. You should include your name, organization, and serial number. If you do not include that information, and we cannot find it here, we are not likely to respond to your request. See our Contact page. If you have a problem, please include information about the specific product and release you are using, the operating system, and any other relevant system information.
